Established over 40 years ago in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, Heart Care Centers of Illinois is a private and physician-owned practice comprised of 25 Board Certified Cardiovascular Physicians who offer a complete spectrum of advanced cardiovascular care at 10 area hospitals and 6 surrounding offices. Our mission is to provide the highest quality, most efficient, and innovative care for our patients’ long term, comprehensive cardiovascular health. Heart Care Centers of Illinois sees over 100,000 patients annually, offers in-office diagnostic testing and a full line of complex outpatient Arterial and Venous interventions in our outpatient Vascular Lab. Advanced services include the following clinics: Heart Transplant/Artificial Heart, TAVR, Advanced CHF, Pulmonary Hypertension, Venous Insufficiency, Severe Hypertension, and Lipids.
