Apple Roofing is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor / Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects.
The Production Manager will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement production plans and schedules. You will monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving any production-related issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and oversee the production process
+ Supervise a team of skilled technicians and subcontractors
+ Create and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets
+ Monitor and optimize production workflows
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
+ Resolve any production-related issues or bottlenecks
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
Requirements
+ Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Project Manager in the roofing industry
+ Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation processes
+ Excellent leadership and team management skills
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
