About Us

Blissy, the leading brand in beauty and sleep wellness, is looking for a Senior Media Buyer to drive high-performing direct-response ad campaigns. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a strong creative edge—someone who understands consumer psychology, thrives on scaling campaigns, and knows how to turn insights into profitable action.

You’ll work closely with the Sr. Creative Director and broader marketing team to launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (primary), TikTok, and Snapchat. Your expertise in media buying, ad performance analysis, and creative testing will directly impact revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive sales and maximize ROAS.
  • Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with secondary focus on TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data daily, optimizing campaigns based on key KPIs.
  • Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Identify and implement new media buying techniques, funnel optimizations, and scaling strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad concepts based on data insights and consumer trends.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to leverage new opportunities.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring ad spend is optimized for maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Media Buyer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in performance-based online advertising.
  • Expertise in Meta, with experience in TikTok and Snapchat. Other platforms a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and improve ROAS.
  • Familiar with DTC brands and how to drive conversions through paid ads.
  • Understanding how to craft and execute compelling ad campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with testing, optimizing, and scaling media buying strategies.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, to monitor and adjust campaigns in real time.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and how each element impacts the customer journey.
  • Can provide strategic input on ad creatives and copywriting to drive performance.
  • Capable of managing multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
