What You'll Do

  • Project Preparation: Partner with Producers to outline detailed project workflows, including language selection, deliverables, and creative direction tailored to specific cultural contexts.
  • Resource Identification: Analyze client industries and objectives to source and select top-tier linguists, editors, and creative professionals for each project.
  • Roadmap Development: Create comprehensive project roadmaps that specify timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage our translation management system to access translation memories and glossaries, ensuring consistent adherence to brand voice and style.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough final checks on deliverables, ensuring they meet both client specifications and our quality standards.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Facilitate the testing and onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards for project execution.
  • Special Projects Support: Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Project Management).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in project management, specifically within localization, translation, or digital marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using project management and translation management tools.
    • Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a dynamic environment.
