Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide both remote and in-person support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a range of administrative and personal tasks for a high-net-worth individual with a busy schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the employer’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
• Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Provide remote administrative support (email management, document preparation, virtual meetings) while the employer is out of town.
• Handle in-office tasks when the employer is in town, such as organizing files, running errands, and greeting guests.
• Assist with personal tasks, including shopping and managing household needs.
• Support political and charitable initiatives by coordinating events, drafting correspondence, and conducting research.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in email management and document preparation.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate employer’s needs.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-profile individuals.
• Flexibility to work remotely and in-office as required.

• Schedule: Hybrid – in-office presence required when the employer is in town (primarily during summer months).
