Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Consultant to assist our team. We are looking for someone who is able to come in on a consultancy bases to give guidance when needed.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Implementation:Assess client requirements and design Microsoft-based solutions using technologies such as Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and others.Lead the implementation and deployment of Microsoft solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.Configure and customize Microsoft applications to meet client business needs.Migration and Upgrades:Plan and execute migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft cloud solutions (e.g., Office 365, Azure).Manage upgrades and updates of Microsoft applications and infrastructure components.Conduct post-migration testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless transition.Administration and Support:Provide ongoing administration and support for Microsoft environments, including user management, security configurations, and troubleshooting.Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and optimize Microsoft solutions for efficiency and reliability.Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues related to Microsoft technologies.Training and Documentation:Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for end-users on Microsoft applications and features.Create documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles for internal teams and clients.Foster adoption of Microsoft solutions through effective training and support.Consulting and Advisory Services:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on Microsoft technologies and solutions.Recommend improvements and enhancements based on industry trends, best practices, and client feedback.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Microsoft Consultant, Microsoft Certified Professional, or similar role.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 (Microsoft 365), Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Active Directory.Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft-based solutions for enterprise clients.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
