Summary

The Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance operations of our extrusion and fabrication equipment.

Key Activities

• Maintenance Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all PVC conduit extrusion equipment maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to extend equipment life and improve reliability.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Promptly and effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with extrusion machinery.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are available when needed and maintaining accurate records.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair histories.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Educations & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in PVC conduit extrusion.
