Account Manager Position 

Job Description: 

Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing multiple accounts and overseeing the execution of strategic marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Duties : 

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction. 
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. 
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, discuss campaign performance and strategic recommendations. 
• Manage client expectations, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Oversee campaign execution, ensuring project meeting objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsells, and long-term client engagement strategies. 

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or a similar role at an agency.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategies across Google, social, and programmatic channels.
• Experience working with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and DSPs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable speaking with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make optimizations.
• Proactive problem-solver with a client-first mentality .
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
