Role Overview:

As a Business consultant at Try Turing, you will work directly with entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders to guide them through strategic decision-making, leadership development, and business growth. You will help clients identify opportunities for improvement, create actionable plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.

Our specialized consulting software allows you to help businesses increase profits without spending extra money on marketing or advertising. This allows you to make a significant impact on your client's business immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

- One-on-One consulting: Provide tailored consulting sessions to clients, helping them identify business challenges, set clear goals, and develop strategies to achieve their objectives.

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist clients in developing business plans, growth strategies, and operational improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.

- Accountability & Support: Regularly check in with clients to ensure progress toward their goals, troubleshoot challenges, and provide encouragement.

- Workshops & Group consulting: Facilitate group consulting sessions, workshops, and webinars on business growth, leadership, and strategic thinking.

- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to understand their needs, celebrate wins, and address obstacles.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business consulting, consulting, or executive leadership roles. Proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable results.

- Education/Certifications: Degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Relevant career experience in lieu of a degree.
