Job Title : Armed Security Officer LEO/MIL

Key Responsibilities :

• Patrol and Surveillance : Perform regular patrols to identify and address security threats while ensuring all areas are secure.
• Incident Response : Respond swiftly and decisively to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances to protect individuals and assets.
• Reporting and Documentation : Create clear, accurate reports on incidents, investigations, and outcomes.
• Collaboration with Authorities : Partner with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure coordinated responses.
• Policy Enforcement : Maintain order by enforcing company security policies and procedures professionally.
• Conflict Resolution : Use tactical skills and communication expertise to de-escalate confrontations and manage potential threats.

Qualifications :

• Experience :
• Minimum of 1 year in law enforcement or active duty/reserve military service.
• Prior armed security experience considered if accompanied by military or law enforcement training.
• Licensing Requirements :
• Valid Wisconsin Security License and Wisconsin Concealed Carry License (CCL).
• Skills & Abilities :
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to operate advanced security systems, radios, and surveillance equipment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with modern security technology or systems.
• Leadership roles or specialized training.
• Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements :

• Capable of extended periods of standing, walking, and patrolling.
• Ability to handle physical confrontations and respond to emergencies swiftly.
