Job Title : Testing Analyst / QA Tester - CC&B Duration : 6-9 months (with likely extension) Location : Richmond, VA (initial 6-8 weeks onsite) Travel Reimbursed: Yes ( for possibility of a hybrid schedule of 1-2 weeks per month offsite) Key skills : CC&B, C2M, CCS application and implementation testing, Oracle Cloud solutions, test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr), scenario development, script development, test execution, data identification and preparation, Oracle Energy and Water application testing, Oracle Energy and Water implementation testing. Qualifications : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Energy and Water application testing. Previous experience with Oracle Energy and Water implementation testing is required.Utility industry background is a plus, especially in the context of customer service operations. Responsibilities : Scenario development and script development with traceability to ensure alignment with project requirements. Prepare and execute test scripts for functionality, performance, and reliability. Identify defects during test execution and ensure defects are logged and re-tested appropriately. Create status reports detailing test execution results, defects, and overall progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional leads and stakeholders to meet project goals. Ensure the delivered product meets the specified requirements, and that the project stays on schedule, within scope, and on budget. Project Objectives/Performance Criteria : Ensure that the products delivered meet the defined requirements and expectations. Adhere to project schedules, scope, and budget. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stay highly organized and detail-oriented in fast-paced testing environments. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
