We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent for our rapidly expanding family of brands.

What you get to do every day:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top engineering talent

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule on-site or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Administer technical assessments and coding challenges as part of the evaluation process
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
• Promote CSC Generation's employer brand and values to potential candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What you bring to the role:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced technology company
• Strong understanding of software engineering roles, technologies, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to understand job requirements for engineering roles
• Prior experience hiring for frameworks/languages including (but not limited to): React, Typescript/JS, Serverless, AWS, Node.js, Python, Django
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
