Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for customers, answering questions and assisting with orders.
• Storefront Supervision: Maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere. Ensure merchandise is organized and displays are attractive.
• Inventory Management: Accurately track and update food inventories across multiple platforms, ensuring all items are correctly listed for customer purchase.
• Order Fulfillment & Website Management: Maintain and update food inventories on the store’s website for seamless ordering. Monitor and update delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash).
• Upselling & Promotion: Promote and upsell store merchandise to customers, suggesting additional products that complement their orders.
• Marketing & Administrative Support: Assist the management team with miscellaneous tasks & projects including but not limited to creating labels, updating menus, archiving documents, reference checks, and creating recipe spec sheets.
• Canvassing, Social Media & Marketing: Assist with canvassing area business to grow business levels, social media tasks, promoting store offerings and engaging with the community.
• Documentation & SOPs: Help create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other internal documentation.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Teams (preferred but not required).
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Availability to work during the day and on weekends as needed.
