Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (12 HR Nights, 19:00-07:00)

Join the Management team as a Registered Nurse Supervisor in the Palliative Care Unit. This leadership role is crucial for overseeing nursing and unit-based personnel, providing a safe, caring environment for patients, families, and staff, and fostering professional nursing practice, shared decision-making, and inter-professional teamwork.

Day-to-day of the role:
Supervise day-to-day operations and productivity of the unit.
Assist in planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring policies and procedures, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee quality/performance improvement initiatives and educational programs.
Provide direct nursing care as needed.
Foster a healthy work environment that supports evidence-based practice and research.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree: RN
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare setting.
Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
License: Must possess a current and valid nursing license.
