Candidates must be located on the East Coast, preferably in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC. JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Executive Protection Agent will deliver professional, unobtrusive, and low-profile security to the client, ensuring their well-being and physical safety during daily life activities, events, and travel. This role is expected to conduct advance planning, threat assessment, and risk mitigation strategies to preemptively identify and respond to potential security physical security to the client and their guests by remaining vigilant and identifying possible threats or suspicious behavior in real-time and responding appropriatelyConduct advance work and planning, including thorough site surveys, coordination with security teams, venue management, and local authorities as neededPrepare detailed security and contingency plans, as requiredManage the client's immediate environment by screening visitors, deliveries, and vendors at workspaces or personal residencesMaintain discreet and professional conduct, blending into the environment and avoiding the escalation of situations unnecessarilyRespond swiftly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other crises involving the clientMaintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication regarding client needs, requests for support, service issues, and deliverables.Proactively communicate with clients regarding identified risks to personnel, property, or reputationEnsure completion of any client-required plans, surveys, or reportsAssist with customer service issues to ensure a consistently high level of serviceREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of equivalent or Law Enforcement or Military experienceOperational experience in similar physical security roles, preferably with a high-net worth client/family officeOperational experience with residential security teams, executive protection details, and/or high-profile corporate security teamsExperience in OCONUS advance planning and site surveysExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsEmotional intelligence and a customer focused approachA successful track record operating within a high-touch, customer service environmentAbility to adapt quickly to fast paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategyAbility to remain calm under stressful conditionsHigh ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis position requires up to 50% travel (Domestic and International) Must have a valid passportLEOSA certification/ability to obtain a firearm permit for concealed carry and carry a firearmPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExecutive Protection and/or Tactical trainingAdvanced medical training (EMT, WEMT, WFR, TCCC/TECC)May be required to obtain a guard cardCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS 100% Employer paid medical, dental, and vision benefitsMedical selection of PPO or HDHP, including HSA employer contributionMedical FSADependent Care FSA Employer-paid insurance: life, STD, LTD, and AD&D 401k including employer match & immediate vesting11 paid holidays Paid leave (vacation, sick, parental) Annual Health & Wellness BenefitGenerous Fertility/Adoption benefitNational discount employee programEmployee Assistance Program for personal needsAccess to Learning Management SystemBoston, Massachusetts Pay Range$150,000-$160,000 USDConcentric acknowledges the systemic barriers in the security industry and recognizes that removing those barriers will require a collaborative and conscious effort.
