At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Houston, TX.
Compensation: $16.00
Schedule: Thur-Sun 2pm-10pm | Mon 10pm-6am
About the job:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
- Assist with implementation and maintaining Access Control and ID System
- Receiving and transmitting routine and emergency radio and telephone calls, prioritizing response needs and dispatching information to officers, Supervisor and Corporate Security Management.
- Analyzes all incoming calls, emails, teams messages for assistance and take effective, appropriate and timely course of action.
- Coordinate calls for service with outside agencies, law enforcement, fire, EMS, ect
- Handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.
- Monitors several fire and intrusion alarm systems as well as closed circuit television (CCTV) systems, dispatch calls for service to appropriate internal and external personnel as necessary and appropriate. Take appropriate action and ensure everything is followed through as required.
Your background:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- You have a state security license, if required.
- You have a valid Driver's License without Restriction B
- Lenel experience preferred
- Must have previous control room experience
- computer skill
