The Sales Executive will focus on new revenue opportunities and branding services for businesses. This position involves lead management, networking, and in-person meetings. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be confident, well-spoken, and eager to close new sales and increase revenue.

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary, commission based on territory and New Business, along with additional benefits such as group health coverage, dental and vision plans, a 401K savings plan, a company-provided computer, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Proactively reach out to and engage with new leads, effectively setting meetings, and adeptly closing sales to drive business growth.

- Attending network events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars, and finding ways to identify opportunities.

· Display a deep understanding of client needs and offer customized solutions and support tailored to each client's unique requirements.

· Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

· Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

· Maintain a well-organized list/database of prospective clients, facilitating effective follow-ups and streamlined communication.

· Presenting and delivering information to potential clients in person, door to door

· Respond to potential client inquiries and diligently follow up on call questions, showcasing exceptional customer engagement skills.

· Working with the sales team when closing the sale

· Monitor and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance results.

· Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales

· Expertly navigates the closing process, skillfully negotiating and ensuring client satisfaction throughout.

Qualifications:

· Possess a minimum of 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong background in branding, website, or digital marketing sales.

· Exude an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor, making a positive impression on clients and forging lasting relationships.

· Exhibit self-motivation, self-direction, and exceptional time management and organizational skills to excel in a dynamic sales environment.

· Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

· Self-motivated and self-directed, excel in time management and organization

· Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close

· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

· Self-discipline and self-confidence to make daily new business calls and in-person door-to-door calls

· Possess a persuasive and goal-oriented mindset, consistently striving for outstanding results.

· Demonstrate experience in selling face-to-face and over the phone, leveraging diverse communication channels effectively.

· Showcase a keen ability to identify and understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiently engaging potential customers and presenting information persuasively.

· Display proficiency in MS Office, and Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, utilizing technology to enhance sales effectiveness.

· Ability to be flexible in a new growing position.

Benefits:

Base salary plus commission- top producers could exceed $150,000. No cap on commission.
