Our client, a well-known cybersecurity organization in the Chicagoland area, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to assist with a high-volume hiring process. This fully remote role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting both intern and full-time hiring initiatives.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Resume Review & Candidate Screening – Support the hiring team by reviewing resumes and prioritizing intern roles
• Interview Coordination – Schedule interviews across multiple roles, managing both domestic and international candidates
• ATS Management – Utilize iCIMS to track applicants, post jobs, and organize hiring workflows
• Recruitment Support – Assist with 28+ open roles, with more on the way, ensuring a seamless hiring process

Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or agency recruiting
• Strong organizational skills to handle scheduling, high-volume hiring, and process coordination
• Proficiency in ATS systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Located in Chicago or able to work Central Time Zone hours
