The Role:

• Support audits from day one, then step up to lead them, ensuring full FAA compliance.
• Take ownership of calibration programs, compliance tracking, and document control.
• Manage & refine manuals and databases, keeping everything up to date and audit-ready.
• Grow into the FAA’s main contact, representing the company in all regulatory matters.

The person:

• Experience in quality assurance within a 145 Repair Station.
• Understanding of FAA regulations, audits, and compliance programs.
• Looking for a stable, Monday-Friday role with flexible working hours.
