We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer for our rapidly growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in real estate transactions, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of successfully closing real estate transactions. This role will involve extensive interaction with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the closing process, including preparation of closing documents, coordination with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
2. Review and analyze purchase and sale agreements, title commitments, surveys, and other related documents to identify potential issues and ensure accuracy.
3. Conduct thorough research and due diligence to verify property ownership and uncover any potential liens or encumbrances.
4. Coordinate and schedule closings, ensuring that all parties are informed and all necessary documents are prepared and executed correctly.
5. Track and follow up on post-closing items, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to finalize the transaction.
6. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, documenting all steps taken and any issues encountered.
7. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients or other parties in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate closings, preferably within a title or escrow company.
2. Deep understanding of real estate transactions, including title review, due diligence, and closing processes.
3. Proficient in the use of real estate software and technology, including title search and closing software.
4. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
6. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as necessary to meet deadlines.
7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
8. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative to improve processes and procedures.
9. Understanding of legal terminology and the ability to interpret and explain complex legal documents.
