Now Hiring a Project Coordination Specialist in the Greater Jacksonville, FL.


This is a Direct Hire role with a Growing Company and Upward Company Mobility. Salary ranges from $50-$60k (DOE) and full benefits package. This is a full remote position.


The Project Coordination Specialist supports the VP, project managers, and clients throughout the lifecycle of a project, from initial sales engagement to project completion. Key responsibilities include:


Project Coordination:
-Creating and organizing folders for project-related documents and ensuring proper filing.
-Supporting project managers in creating, updating, and maintaining project timelines.
-Tracking deliverables and informing clients of timelines for materials, deliveries, and installations.
-Uploading, verifying, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
-Building and maintaining project milestone trackers and providing weekly client reports.
-Conducting check-in calls with technicians and relaying needs or challenges to internal teams for resolution.


Administrative Tasks
-Managing purchase orders (POs) and invoicing processes.
-Maintaining organized filing systems for all project activities.
-Responding to client requirements and ensuring coordination across departments.


This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, organization, and execution of sales and project operations, ultimately driving client satisfaction and project success.
