Your Responsibilities:
Assist in leading engaging learning activities that promote children's growth and development
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Monitor and track children's progress, offering support where needed
Create an environment where both children and staff enjoy coming to work each day

Are You a Great Fit?

To be considered, we'd love for you to have:

A High School Diploma or GED
At least 6 months of experience working in a certified child development center (1 year preferred)
Experience with the specific age group you will be working with
Familiarity with state regulations or accreditation standards
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Patience, nurturing qualities, and a genuine interest in supporting the growth and well-being of young learners
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 17.00 20.00 Per Hour
