As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and safe classroom environment. You'll assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during daily activities, meals, and naptime.

What You'll Do:
Assist in leading engaging and developmentally appropriate learning activities

What We're Looking For:
You don't need prior teaching experience to succeed in this role—many of our best educators have backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, retail, and other fields! The most important quality is a love for working with children.

If you have the following, we'd love to hear from you:

High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months of experience in a certified child development center (1 year preferred)
Experience working with the assigned age group
Ability to meet state licensing and accreditation requirements
Basic proficiency with office technology (e.g., computers, smartphones)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A nurturing, patient, and dedicated approach to child development
