As a Patient Care Technician-Rehab at Mercy, you will assist in providing individualized patient care to support their wellness journey under the guidance of an RN or LPN. The role includes performing clinical procedures and offering essential non-clinical support, while working collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and provides on-the-job training through a 175-hour program for those without prior experience.

Overview:
Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patient's highest level of wellness. Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals.
