In the Patient Advocate role with TRT Kingdom, you will communicate directly with customers to solve problems, answer questions, and give advice and support. Key elements of the role include familiarity with the company’s products and services, and the ability to quickly identify and address customer needs. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improvements in the company’s reputation in delivering outstanding customer support. The primary goal of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, which is directly tied to retaining clients and referrals.

Responsibilities
Responsibility 1: Exceptional Customer Service
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via portal text messages, standard messages, emails, and phone calls.
● Address and resolve recurring payment issues.
● Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate to Resolve Requests
● Demonstrate strengths in partnership with physicians and providers to complete specific service requests in a timely manner.
● Including consulting with prospective patients, refill requests, and ensuring continued care, also ensure labs, encounters, and other requirements are up to date. These clinical related requests are referred with the licensed providers and the patient advocate ensures follow through.
Responsibility 3: Utilize Internal Systems for Record Keeping
Track all customer service requests, response times, interactions and notes in the appropriate CRM.
