About Our Team:

• Hillcrest Hospital South is a full-service 180-bed hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology in a friendly community setting. We have been nationally recognized for patient safety.

Responsibilities:

The monitor tech shall be responsible for assisting in the care of patients by continual observation of any patient on a cardiac monitor, under the direction of an RN or LPN.

Qualifications:

• You must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and exhibit proficiency in patient care and oral communication skills.
• You must obtain and maintain a current certification in BLS CPR. You must also complete required departmental competencies and maintain through annual review.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience as a monitor tech is preferred.
