We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health services to individuals in our community. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.

What You'll Do:

Empower Individuals: Provide direct support and treatment to individuals living with mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
Be a Partner in Recovery: Work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on their strengths and goals.
Go the Extra Mile: Provide in-home, community-based services, including crisis intervention, medication support, and assistance with daily living skills.
Be a Team Player: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer specialists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
Advocate for Your Clients: Assist clients in accessing essential resources, such as housing, employment, and healthcare.
Who You Are:

Passionate and Compassionate: You are driven by a desire to help individuals living with mental illness achieve their recovery goals.
A Skilled Clinician: You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology) and have 2,000 hours of supervised experience.
A Strong Advocate: You are a strong advocate for your clients and can effectively navigate complex systems.
A Team Player: You are a collaborative team member who can effectively communicate and work with a diverse group of professionals.
Resilient and Adaptable: You can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with compassion and professionalism.
