We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioners to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams. In this role, you'll provide vital support to individuals living with mental illness and substance use disorders in their homes and communities.

In this role, you will:

Provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, treatment planning, and case management.
Work collaboratively with clients to develop and achieve their recovery goals.
Assist clients in accessing essential services and resources, such as housing, employment, and healthcare.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, peer specialists, and other professionals.
Engage in ongoing professional development and receive regular supervision.

To qualify for this position, you must:

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
Have at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with mental illness.
