We're seeking a passionate and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a Float! This exciting role will have you working across various programs, providing essential support to individuals with mental health challenges.

In this role, you will:

Provide a range of mental health services, including assessments, counseling, and case management.
Work with individuals facing diverse challenges, including homelessness, substance abuse, and severe mental illness.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, and peer specialists.
Gain valuable experience in a variety of settings and learn new skills.

Our Float opportunities include:

Case Management: Support individuals in various settings, including Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Targeted Case Management (TCM), and Homeless Services.
Residential Services: Provide support in Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) and Crisis Stabilization programs.

To qualify for this position, you must:

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
Have at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with mental illness and substance abuse.
Preferred Qualifications:
