Are you a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual? Express is seeking someone to fill a position as a Material Handler (Forklift Driver).

Compensation: $17.75 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (May have to work weekends)

What You'll Do:

• Operate sit-down lifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and even a Bendi!
• Unload, put away, pick, load, and replenish materials.
• Play a critical role in our operations
• Work both independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent. (Required)
• 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar environment
• Must be trained and certified to operate any required equipment, including stand-up forklifts).
• Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must comply with company attendance policies, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
