As a Marketing and Promotions Associate, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, executing face-to-face marketing strategies in the retail environments within Savannah, GA . This role will involve interacting directly with customers, promoting brand awareness, and driving sales through exciting and interactive campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in retail settings, delivering compelling product presentations and promotions.
• Conduct presentations, and interactive activities to generate interest and drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members, leadership, and retail store personnel to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, displays, and promotional giveaways.
• Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines at all times.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in face-to-face marketing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in Marketing or related field is a plus).
• Previous experience in face-to-face marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Enthusiasm for marketing, promotions, and engaging with customers in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products/services to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
