Job Title: Local Store Marketing Representative
Location: Orlando, FL (Multiple Marco’s Pizza Locations)
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Job Overview:

Marco’s Pizza is looking for a motivated and outgoing Local Store Marketing Representative to drive sales and community engagement across our Orlando locations. This role involves traveling between multiple stores , creating and executing local marketing plans , and developing relationships with area businesses, schools, and organizations to generate sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement local store marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Visit area businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote Marco’s Pizza and establish catering/large order partnerships.
• Distribute promotional materials, coupons, and special offers to drive foot traffic and orders .
• Coordinate and attend local events, sponsorships, and fundraisers to boost brand awareness.
• Work closely with store managers and staff to execute promotions and track results .
• Monitor and analyze the success of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain a professional and friendly brand presence in the community.
• Travel between Marco’s Pizza locations in the Orlando area as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or promotions (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills —must be comfortable engaging with business owners, school administrators, and community leaders.
• Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to lift marketing materials and promotional items as needed.
• Passion for food and enthusiasm for the Marco’s Pizza brand.
