You'll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. If the thought of coming to work every day and making a positive impact on our customers' lives excites you, start your application today.Responsibilities•Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations•Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies•Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies•Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping•Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claimsQualifications•Strong work ethic: You recognize the irreplaceable value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals•High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics and embrace the opportunity to become a highly visible member of your community•Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role•Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)•Excellent communication and presentation skills•Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired•Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must•Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred•Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred•Skilled with Microsoft Office CW Solutions LLC
