Are you ready to lead the most exciting snack content team online?

SnackCrate is looking for a  Content Creator Lead to spearhead our video content strategy, oversee a team of high-energy content creators, and drive our social media presence to new heights. This is NOT a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be responsible for planning, strategizing, and refining our content approach while occasionally stepping in front of the camera yourself.

We need a leader who thrives in  fast-paced content creation , understands  social trends that drive sales , and knows how to  turn great ideas into viral videos that boost engagement . If you’re equal parts creative visionary and strategic thinker, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, ensuring they produce engaging, high-converting snack content daily.
• Strategize and oversee the content calendar, ensuring all video content aligns with marketing goals and brand messaging.
• Identify and execute trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to keep SnackCrate at the forefront of snack culture.
• Refine content strategy by analyzing performance data and continuously optimizing our approach.
• Occasionally step in front of the camera when needed to add personality and variety to our content.
• Ensure fast, efficient production workflows so our team is creating high-quality content at scale.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, paid media, and product teams to align content with key campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• You have experience leading a  creative team and managing content strategy.
• You  understand performance-driven content —your videos don’t just go viral, they sell and engage a community.
• You’re a  strong creative thinker who can balance storytelling with conversion-focused messaging.
• You’re  high-energy, adaptable, and love the fast pace of social media content creation.
• You know  how to coach and direct on-camera talent , refining their delivery and presence.
• You can  edit short-form content quickly and effectively or collaborate with editors to bring ideas to life.
• You’re passionate about food, snacks, and making people  crave what they see on screen .
