Insurance Client Service Specialist

Position Summary:

In this position you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by managing policy inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional and responsive service to address their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and billing.
• Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
• Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and claims specialists, to address client needs and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s database, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
