What You’ll Do: Design interactive learning solutions across multiple formats (e-learning, videos, instructor-led training, assessments). Partner with key stakeholders to develop engaging and effective training content . Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning materials. Continuously improve content based on feedback, analytics, and emerging technologies. Work with third-party vendors to source additional learning resources. What We’re Looking For: Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate), video editing software, and LMS platforms . Strong understanding of adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE) and emerging learning technologies. Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and digestible learning experiences . Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills . Preferred Background: Degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or Graphic Design .
