Instructional Designer
Remote Position


Client is seeking an Instructional Designer with Graphic Design expertise to develop concise, professional materials for senior leadership.
This role involves analyzing content, identifying the most effective format (e.g., presentations, reports, infographics, digital guides), and executing high-quality designs that align with corporate branding.
The ideal candidate has experience in corporate communications, instructional design, and visual storytelling to ensure key messages are effectively conveyed.



Key Responsibilities
•Content Review & Strategy: Analyze existing content and recommend the most effective medium for delivering information to senior leaders.
•Instructional Design: Organize, simplify, and structure complex information to ensure clarity and engagement.
•Graphic & Visual Design: Create polished, professional materials such as executive presentations, reports, infographics, and digital documents.
•Brand Compliance: Ensure all materials align with corporate branding guidelines, including colors, typography, and messaging tone.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with leadership teams to refine content, incorporate feedback, and manage approvals.
•Project Execution: Deliver high-quality drafts within set timelines, manage revisions efficiently, and provide final deliverables in required formats.

TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED :
•Experience: 5+ years in instructional design, graphic design, or corporate communications. Experience in executive-level content creation preferred.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other relevant design tools.
•Content Strategy: Ability to structure and present complex information in a concise, engaging, and visually appealing manner.
•Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines, incorporate feedback quickly, and ensure timely delivery.
•Corporate Branding Knowledge: Experience designing within established brand guidelines.
•Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with leaders and translate business objectives into effective visuals.
