If this sounds like you and what youre looking for then YOU are probably the right person for our Orangetheory Fitness team! As a
Fitness Coach , you will deliver scientifically predesigned workouts to our members. As a member of our team, youll use your talents to impact the lives of our members and help them achieve life-changing results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of up to 30+ clients.
- Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions.
- Build OTF attendance and retaining current clientele.
- Ensure safety of participants in regard to heart rate and exercise technique.
- Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels.
- Handle member concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with OTF studio tours and sales.
- Provide routine cleaning and functionality of fitness facility and equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Knowledge of exercise technique, physiology, and body mechanics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, motivating professional with a proven ability to lead clients at all fitness levels.
- Must hold a current fitness certification (or be in the process of obtaining) from an OTF-approved education entity as follows: ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), ISSA CPT is also accepted with an NCCPT exam.
- Must hold current CPR/AED certification.
