Ongoing responsibilities include:
Key Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in in-house marketing, with a strong focus on both digital and traditional channels.
· Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing software, etc.).
· Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
· Proven track record of driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
· Ability to both direct and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy.
· Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot).
· Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics.
· Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
· Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in B2G marketing.
· Experience working in a start-up.
· Experiencing working on small, in-house, teams that wear many marketing hats.
· Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and website optimization.

Employees will start to receive up to 15 days per year (4.615 hours per pay period) and up to nine paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

PAY RANGE
Our target HIRING range for this role is $97,560 - $121,950 annually. The entire pay range for this position is $97,560- $146,340 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location.
