Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Roofing Canvassers to join our growing team. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for door-to-door lead generation, educating homeowners about our services, and helping them understand the benefits of working with a reputable roofing and restoration company like Cobra. The role is 100% performance-based and offers an excellent earning potential for driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Door-to-Door Outreach: Visit residential neighborhoods, knocking on doors and initiating conversations with homeowners about their roofing needs.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers interested in roofing inspections or needing roof replacements, and schedule follow-up appointments for our roofing specialists.
• Customer Education: Provide general information about roofing, storm damage, and the insurance claim process in a friendly, professional manner.
• Territory Management: Canvass neighborhoods within Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama. Travel to storm-affected areas as needed to maximize lead opportunities.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads generated and ensure timely communication with the sales team.

Qualifications

• No Prior Experience Required: We provide thorough training to help you succeed in canvassing and lead generation.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to engage homeowners and convey key information clearly.
• Reliable Transportation: Required for traveling within and between territories (gas reimbursement is provided if weekly lead goals are met).
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay driven to meet or exceed weekly lead targets.
• Willingness to Travel: Comfortable traveling within Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama. Occasional overnight stays may be required for storm-related travel.
• Team Player: Work closely with our sales and roofing specialists to ensure leads are transferred efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Performance-Based Pay: Earn $500 per 5 qualified leads/week (no cap on how many sets of 5 leads you can generate).
• Gas Reimbursement: Receive gas reimbursement if you achieve 5 qualified leads in a week.
• Professional Growth: Ongoing training and support in canvassing, sales techniques, and the roofing industry. Opportunities for advancement as we expand.
