Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking a motivated and talented Systems Engineer (Level 3 / Level 4) to join our Fighters team in the St. Louis, Missouri region. This role will focus on requirements management for the F/A-18 Super Hornet and the EA-18 Growler.
As a systems engineer, you will apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify system solutions. You will evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment .

Typical Education/ Experience:
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). Summary pay range :
Level 3: $97,750 - $132,250
Level 4: $119,850 - $162,150
