We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on creating and executing email marketing campaigns that build customer engagement and drive conversions. Job Description As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver compelling email content that aligns with our brand’s values and speaks directly to our customers' needs in the skincare industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement email marketing strategies that drive engagement, customer acquisition, and retention. Write persuasive, engaging, and personalized email copy to promote skincare products and brand initiatives. Segment email lists to ensure content is tailored to different customer groups for maximum impact. Analyze email campaign performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions). A/B test email components (e.g., subject lines, CTAs, images) to optimize engagement. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure email content is aligned with overall brand messaging and promotions. Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to ensure our email content remains relevant and innovative. Requirements Proven experience in email marketing, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.). Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Experience with customer segmentation and email automation. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and engage customers.
