Partners Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a well-established manufacturing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate with excellent math skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, order status, and product-related issues.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Accurately maintain customer data and order information in our system.
• Use your strong math skills to assist with pricing, invoicing, and order adjustments.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate (degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not required).
• Excellent math skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, especially in a manufacturing or administrative setting.
