Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our growing HungerRush marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative and passionate writer who can craft compelling, brand-aligned content across various platforms. The Copywriter will be responsible for producing engaging B2B marketing and branding content, helping to shape our brand voice, and driving demand through high-quality writing. Passion for all things restaurants, restaurant business, and technology a huge plus!
The ideal candidate will have experience developing diverse content, from blogs and website content to social media, product guides, and email. This role requires strong writing skills, strong experience writing for SEO, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into digestible messaging. If you're passionate about storytelling, brand positioning, and creating impactful content that resonates with owners and operators of restaurants in the quick service and fast casual industry, we’d love to hear from you!

• Write and edit content across all channels that may include, B2B print, direct mail, email, collateral, and marketing materials (product sheets, case studies, white papers), interactive, web, mobile, social media etc.
• Create and maintain stewardship of our brand’s tone, voice, and brand standards
• Proofread all written materials and be the final check prior to publishing content for grammar, spelling, brand tone and voice, and other brand guidelines.
• Write strong B2B copy and content
• Help develop brand and product "stories" that connect our products and brand to the value we deliver for our customers
• Follow industry best practices and educate the team as needed
• Work collaboratively across teams

• Strong copywriting, proofreading skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in developing compelling and engaging content across multiple channels
• Experience with writing B2B branding & marketing content
• Ability to create and adhere to strategic direction and tone, and negotiate changes as needed
• Experience with branding, positioning, and messaging copy for both general brand and product
• Experience with web content writing and writing skills
• Experience in developing new content and conducting research

• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Capable of working with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to time manage and juggle multiple projects, both strategic and tactical, simultaneously
• Understands digital technology and how to use it to enhance the creative idea
• Self-disciplined, self-motivating, and self-improving
• Passionate about your work but receptive to feedback and direction
• Work quickly and juggle multiple writing tasks concurrently while maintaining quality standards
• Able to think strategically and produce concepts independently
• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field
