WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: - Conduct and lead internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of the company's ethical standards or non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations or company policy.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive and cohesive investigative reports in a timely manner.
- Foster positive relationships with collaborators crucial for achieving success.
- Work independently with minimal direction, yet function within the company structure and to build an environment of teamwork and partnership with the team and stakeholders.
- Conduct appropriate and effective root cause analysis of non-compliances and suggest accurate action in the control environment to minimize re-occurrence.
- Stay up to date on trends relating to fraud, fraud schemes and cyberattacks.
- Prioritize and manage multiple global investigations from start to close.
- Conduct trainings related to our Code of Conduct and other risk areas.
YOU HAVE: - Bachelor's degree required. CPA preferred. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required.
- 2+ years of investigation - compliance experience.
- 5+ years of related experience, working in a global environment.
- Must be proficient in English and Spanish. The ability to speak other languages is a plus.
- Proven understanding of financial accounting, global laws/regulations, and best practices.
- Experience conducting compliance-related interviews and investigations.
- Experience in crafting and delivering compliance related trainings.
- Experience in data analytics providing evidence-based insights.
- Ability to travel in the U.S. and internationally, sometimes with little notice.
