The Commercial Sales Trainer plays a pivotal role in both building and delivering content to our growing team. The trainer has a direct impact delivering best in class service by helping with the onboarding and training of new hires, working daily with our Commercial Sales teams.

Essential Functions
  • Create and facilitate training applicable to the Commercial Sales teams
  • Partner with department managers to identify ongoing training opportunities
  • Work closely with department managers and instructional design team to improve and develop content for new hire training and ongoing recursive training for both facilitator led and e-learning programs
  • Proactively evaluate the success of all training programs through KPI's
  • Develop valid training assessment questions that correlate to learning objectives.
  • Maintain training reports and support LMS management
  • Provide updates to management regarding progress and performance of employees
  • Additional duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Demonstrate flexibility and aptitude to learn, process and effectively implement new policies, and procedures as corporate standards are modified over time
  • Must possess strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, creative and decisiveness
  • Strong oral and written communicative abilities
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting
  • Exposure to CRM systems and/or Salesforce.com a plus
Other Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
  • 2 + years of experience in delivery, design, and/or development of training modules
  • Prior Customer Support leadership or training is required
  • Commercial Security sales preferred
