Position Overview

The Catcher Packer is responsible for packing cartons in our folding/gluing department, while ensuring all cartons meet our customer quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Packing cartons

• Performing quality checks

• Off-line packing

• Setting up taper and labeler

• Operating a ream cutter

• Performing quality re-work

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Quality conscious individual

• High attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, 30 pounds repetitively

• Willingness to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with some overtime/weekend work

• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but no experience required
